My name is Sue Sebeniecher. I am originally from Annapolis, MD, and relocated to Florida in 2010. During my time in Annapolis, I served as an administrative secretary supporting various executives, including the head of Baltimore Contractors—responsible for constructing the new BWI airport—and the Secretary of the State of Maryland. After taking twelve years to raise my two sons, who are now adults residing in North Carolina and St. Petersburg, FL, I purchased and operated a travel agency for seven years before selling it to a former employee. Subsequently, I transitioned to real estate, where I have successfully sold properties in both Maryland and Florida; I continue to hold an active real estate license in Florida.
